Archived Material for the ELOST IV Election
The ELOST IV election was held 3 November 2009, and it passed by a 2 to 1 margin. This is an improvement: ELOST III passed by a 9 to 1 margin, so we made progress. A local news article with election results may be found here. There were at least two precincts where the vote was very, very close. I have no idea what that implies for the Board of Education member that represents those precincts.
We have decided to archive (and not to delete) the material we published in advance of the election. We will be revisiting some of these arguments, as ELOST IV projects are converted into sinking funds. The archived material begins here.
